Yesterday I climbed in Ayagaures with some friends, some I didn't even know they were going to be there. Congrats everybody for their sends, but late in the day, we knew someone had died climbing. That night, the entire climbing comunity of our seven islands and most of the climbing comunity from Madrid and I could say that some of the rest of the Country, came in Shock. Many Island Facebookers where talking about it and giving their condolences.
- The real ARTICLE
- The real ARTICLE
- Here is an article written from that day. ARTICLE. Note that there were 3 photos at the first place, now, there is one. hmm...
- Here is another article that says a false statement, because the only thing that fell, was the rock, and the only one who fell, was the man. No Bolts where removed during the fall. BAD Article.
The Next day I went there at 2:00pm and things had changed from the evening to the night. I saw two "climbers" that weren't climbing as I passed through them. One became familiar to my eyes, but didn't knew who was. Their hats, the only ones in Fataga with them, where very new for me. Just said hello to them and went to another sector, one answered. Don't know why, but I noticed somewhat confusing sensation passing through, maybe it was just the sensation of the tragedy. Also, before going from the crime scene, around 4 persons came down to the same place, but looking from down there, they did not seemed to be climbers too, but one or two should have been because the quickdraws have been taken from the rock when I came back in the night (today night).
I'll write a second part.
